Personal Statement
I am a freelance illustrator who is currently training to hopefully work in animation. In the past few years, I have worked from home for various freelance clients while training in current animation software. I would love to opportunity to support the creation of animated content as a Production Assistant. My goal is to grow in my knowledge and skills within a company.

Work History

2022 – Current SOIE – Sony Playstation (Freelance)

Created digital static artwork for the Share Factory Studio app available at the PlayStation Store. Animated select static assets to create short reusable animated loops. Followed detailed art direction to match existing design, layout, and color guidelines. Collaborated with the creative team to develop new asset concepts for each project.  Created assets for the app to be used as frame overlays, stickers, and camera effects. New asset packages deployed on an ongoing basis as enhancements to the app library for customer created game play videos in Game Base and social channels. Utilized Photoshop and Illustrator to create original art based on provided instructions/guidelines. Maintained organized files in accordance with company procedures and ensured all work is completed within specified time frames per project requirements.

2018 – 2021 Freelance Illustration
Created traditional and digital illustrations per client specifications. Illustrations included roughs, revisions, and final color art delivered digitally and meeting client deadlines. Projects included spot illustration, coloring pages, and children’s book Illustration.

2008 – 2019 Blogging and Content creation at HighlightsAlongtheWay.com and SanDiegoDealsandSteals.com. Clients include Carters, LEGO, Disney, Whole Foods, American Girl, etc. Created promotional content featuring client’s new products and films. Photography editing, printable creation, recipe creation, article writing, editing, and sharing via social media and on various digital platforms. Focus was on family entertainment, travel, and animation. Maintained multiple strict editorial calendars simultaneously.

2003 – 2005 – West Coast Group Benefits – Receptionist

1999 – 2007 Caricature artist for Southern California theme parks and private events. Created on the spot quick sketch caricatures for guests at theme parks and parties.
